Posh Pantry was founded by Ms. Sharon Malkoff in April of 1994. Our primary products were fat-free cookies, muffins, scones and cinnamon rolls. Our customer base consisted of coffee-houses, deli's and coffee carts.

In 1995 we expanded our distribution base to include club stores and retail outlets and our product line began to change according to market trends. As our business continued to grow, we continued to expand our operations. In 2003 we purchased a state-of-the-art facility in Poway, California (just outside of San Diego).

Also in 2003, Ms. Malkoff received the Bravo Award from the National Association of Women ("For her vision, entrepreneurial spirit and accomplishments as distinguished businesswomen"). In 2004, Ms. Malkoff was recognized as the SBA Woman Owned Business of the Year for Outstanding Contributions in San Diego, CA.  In 2006 Posh Pantry was recognized as a WBENC-Certified Women's Business Enterprise.
